Trilogy is an organisation created by Joyce Adolph and Michelle Fearnhead, who between the two of us have many years in qualifications, work and lived experience within the disability and mental health fields. Our knowledge of particularly NDIS is extensive and we pride ourselves on providing support, information and strategies that is choice driven; based on legislative adherence and importantly applies a person-centred participant driven application.
Hi, my name is Joyce and I have had the privilege of working in human services in the disability, mental health and aged care sectors for over 30 years.
Working in regional, remote South Australia as well as metropolitan Adelaide, my experience spans both the private and corporate sectors.
I have worked with the NDIS since its inception in South Australia in 2013 and was part of the leadership team transitioning participants from the state system across to the National Disability Insurance Agency.
I have rich operational experience walking alongside a broad range of culturally diverse people, their carers and their communities.
My years in the sector have seen me progress and evolve to leadership and management roles.
As a leader and manager, I particularly enjoy coaching/mentoring, consulting and collaborating with coordinators supporting them to develop as practitioners.
With extensive experience in Specialist and Complex Support Coordination. I strive to foster strong client-centred and strength-based approach to service delivery promoting rights, dignity, freedom and choice.
I enjoy being creative and I am passionate about providing optimal services to assist you to achieve excellent outcomes with a focus on quality of life.
I very much look forward to working with you !
Hello everyone, I'm Michelle and for over twenty five years I have lived with the experience of disability; advocating and supporting my own son, whom I still care for whilst I raised my other 4 children. As a single mature mother of five I achieved my goal of acquiring my degrees in Psychological Science and Disability Studies that allowed me to follow my passion of helping those with intellectual, physical and psychosocial disability. Born in Australia, living in England, making a home in Alice Springs and eventually returned to my roots in the Adelaide Hills I bring to Trilogy my skills of business creation, operational and strategic management, development, assessments, planning and advocating for those demographically and socioeconomically disadvantaged. I'm right here for you and looking forward to the journey.
